Customer could choose the product shipping methods as listed below:
- Registered Parcel
This is the default shipping method for local and international delivery. Product are shipped to customer by registered parcel. For delivery to country other than Malaysia, please place the order by email at Contact us.
*NOTES: Products are shipped out from Malaysia through courier service, in case buyer request to ship the product to location other than Malaysia, buyer are responsible for custom clearance issue if there is any.
Economic Shipping Within Malaysia
A cheaper shipping option is available for delivery within Malaysia, but it will usually take 4 to 7 days more in transit time compared to normal express (eg: if normal express take 2 days, economic shipping may take 1 week plus)
For East Malaysia , please select the shipping location as “East Malaysia (Economic)” from the dropdown menu.
For West Malaysia, please select the shipping location as “West Malaysia (Economic)” from the dropdown menu.
- Cash On Delivery (C.O.D)
Customer could choose Cash on Delivery and pay cash upon product delivered. This method are limited to certain area in west Malaysia only. The shipping cost is higher compare to registered parcel. Cash on Delivery is available for product and accessories with total price less than RM 4,000.
Service area: Certain area in Johor Bahru, Selangor, Penang, Kedah, Perak, Melaka, Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Terengganu. Please check the COD Service Area Postal Code before selecting this option.
If you select this option but your shipping address is not within the COD service area, we will inform you by SMS or Email.
For online purchase, please select shipping location as “West Malaysia (Cash On Delivery)” from the dropdown menu to enable COD service.
- Local Pick Up
Customer could pick up the ordered items at Johor Bahru area, before pick up, please make an arrangement with us one or two days in advance for us to prepare the items.
Shipping (If use normal express) usually takes 2-10 working days depending on the distance and availability of stock in inventory. In case it may take longer due to some unexpected issue, we will inform our customer through email or SMS.
Shipping of Bulky and Heavy Goods Within Malaysia
For customers who order a lot of items and worry the shipping cost is too expensive, please contact to our customer support, we have other shipping agent that provide cheaper shipping option for heavy and bulky item compare to shipping by normal express, especially for heavy items that ship to East Malaysia, shipping by sea will be much cheaper than shipping by air, the disadvantage is the time taken will be longer.
Insurance for Lost & Damaged Package
My Mobile Booster (MyMB) insures customers that all ordered items will be delivered to customers in good condition. In case there is package lost or item damaged during the shipping process, we take the full responsibility by replacing and re-sending the lost or damaged items, this insurance is applicable to Malaysia and Singapore only. As for other countries, we file a claim to courier company and compensate to customer based on compensation from courier company.
