For some of the 4G router such as Huawei B310, B315, E5186, B593 which come with 2 external antenna ports, you could connect only 1 antenna to one of the antenna port. However, if you want to get faster speed, you could purchase 2 set and connect 2 antenna to both antenna ports to achieve MIMO configuration. You may try one antenna first as most of the customer already happy with 1 antenna.

4G Router antenna impedance is 50 Ohm, Astro TV cable such as RG6 cable impedance is 75 Ohm, using Astro cable will cause impedance mismatched to your router system and cause Signal Reflection.
Most of the High Speed 4G LTE frequency use frequency > 1.8GHz. Astro Cable RG6 support frequency up to 2GHz, and the loss is very high at 2GHz as compare to MyMB Super Low Loss Signal Cable /LMR400 50 Ohm cable.
