Warranty Policy

Product Warranty Policy:

(Applicable to MyMB Brand SR-Series, MR-Series, LR-Series, Experience Series, Extreme Series mobile signal booster product only. Economic Series and Refurbished model have different warranty terms)

(1)Before returning the faulty product for replacing, customer need to inform us for us to make arrangement.

(2) Customer is responsible to send back the faulty parts to the office address within 1 years upon receive the product.

(3) The warranty seal must be intact. In case warranty seal is broken, 30 days money back guarantee and 1 year warranty will be void.

(4) After receiving the faulty product, our technician will test and confirm it is faulty. If products are functioning well, the products will be sent back to customer.

(5) If the returned products are faulty, we will replace it and send it to customer.

(6) Customer is required to pay the shipping cost  for both ways.

(7) Lightning Strike will not be covered under warranty or 30 days money back guarantee.

(8) The outdoor antenna is water proof, however, the booster itself is not water proof. If the booster are damaged due to water,  it will not be covered under warranty or 30 days money back guarantee.

(9) The signal booster must put in place with proper ventilation, if the signal booster are damaged by heat due to bad ventilation,  it will not be covered under warranty or 30 days money back guarantee.

(10) If the defective product(s) are discontinued or out of stock, we will issue a replacement with product(s) of equivalent value or features.
