Some customer prefer to rent the product instead of buying it, below are the terms and conditions for product rental.
Conditions:
(1) Customer need to deposit the full items cost and it will be return after the products returned to us.
(2) Consumable Items such as MyMB Super low loss cable (Black Color Cable) and the cable connector could not be rent, user need to buy this items if needed. Otherwise, user should consider using MyMB Low Loss Cable (White color cable) as this cable come with connector and can be rent out.
(3) During the rental period, if the product spoilt, it will be replaced by us. However, the product failure must not be due to Human fault or Act of God such as fire and flood (Lightning damage is covered by our warranty). If product failure due to Human fault or Act of God (exclude lightning damage), customer need to compensate the full cost of the spoilt device.
(4) The full items cost is based on product price with 2 years warranty included lightning protection.

Examples:
(1) If product cost is RM 1000, user need to pay the deposit of RM 1000 to us, and if user rent the products for 3 months, the rental fee would be 0.35*1000 = 350. Upon return the product to us, we will deduct the rental fee from the deposit and return RM650 (RM1000 – RM350) to customer.
